Audrey

I am Audrey, a dedicated singer-songwriter from the city of Sydney. My musical journey has been an incredible adventure so far, filled with melodies and harmonies that have shaped my distinctive indie-pop sound with a chilled vibe.

It all began in late primary school with the humble recorder, an instrument that sparked my fascination with music. Long family road trips became my training ground, where I experimented with alternative melodic variations to the songs playing in the car to keep things interesting. 

The ukulele, a gift from Santa, became my companion in songwriting, and it was during this time I wrote my first song, "Are You Still There," in memory of my grandfather. Since then, I’ve written many songs, not just on the ukulele, but also on guitar and piano. This led me to study music at university, where I've enjoy collaborating with my peers and pushing creative boundaries.

My journey has taken me to Los Angeles where I’ve had the chance to meet and collaborate with amazing emerging & established artists. I’ve had the privilege of being mentored by well-known industry figures such as Louise Goffin, Warren Huart, and Mike Avenaim. A highlight of my time in LA was recording a song I co-wrote, "Out of Time," at the legendary Village Studios in Santa Monica, a surreal and inspiring experience. 

In 2025 I released “Wasting Time” and it's music video marking a significant milestone in my career followed by my latest single "Mirror" exploring a new artistic style, refusing to be boxed into one genre. Big things are on the horizon for 2026, heading back into the studio to record bigger projects, accompanied by a series of live performances throughout the year - a big highlight is supporting Ross Wilson and the Peaceniks 3 times on their '50 Years of Hits' Tour! This is me to date.
